Research conducted jointly by Cégep Garneau and the National Institute of Scientific Research (INRS) reveals that the college community could become a major player in helping Quebec youth discover Quebec cinema. The team took advantage of the cultural ferment triggered by the Quebec City Film Festival (FCVQ) to unveil today its findings that will resonate with the entire education community.
